Q1: Does it support 4K@60Hz?

Yes, the hub supports 4K@60Hz, but kindly note that 4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with DP 1.4 Alt Mode enabled! If your host just supports DP1.2, it will only output max 4K@30Hz!

No, the USB C Hub requires your laptop must support data, charging and video output over Type-C port (DP Alt Mode).

Q3: Can all ports be used at the same time?

Yes, it can. Please note that only 1 hard drive / SSD can be connected at once.

Q4: Does the USB 3.0 port support charging?

Yes, you can use the USB A port to charge your cellphone, but it will be slow. The USB port is mainly intended for data transfer and does not support high charging power (especially you should not charge your tablet).

Q5: Will this work with Nintendo Switch?

No, it is NOT compatible with Nintendo Switch and Samsung Dex.
